LHH is assisting a client with their need for a commercial Collections Specialist. This is a great opportunity to join an established company on a direct hire basis. This is a hybrid position and this person will work onsite three days per week. Please read on for more details!

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to collect overdue payments and address billing discrepancies.

  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

  • Negotiate payment plans and follow up as needed to ensure compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice disputes and escalate unresolved issues.

  • Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B collections and accounts receivable is required.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
