LHH is assisting a client with their need for a commercial Collections Specialist. This is a great opportunity to join an established company on a direct hire basis. This is a hybrid position and this person will work onsite three days per week. Please read on for more details!
Key Responsibilities
Contact clients to collect overdue payments and address billing discrepancies.
Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Negotiate payment plans and follow up as needed to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice disputes and escalate unresolved issues.
Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.
Requirements
Prior experience in B2B collections and accounts receivable is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Details: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour
