LHH is seeking an ERP Program Lead (NetSuite) to join our client's team in a full-time, on-site role, at a start-up based in Huntington Beach, CA.

This role owns the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of the company’s ERP system, serving as the central technical and functional leader for how the platform supports day-to-day operations and long-term growth. The position partners closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, while leading implementations, managing external vendors, and governing system configuration, data integrity, and access. In addition to hands-on system administration and troubleshooting, this role drives user training, adoption, and continuous improvement—streamlining workflows, improving visibility, and enabling accurate, reliable data across the organization to support operational excellence and future expansion.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Pay Range: $85k-$110k per year

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite as a systems leader with hands-on experience designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing end-to-end ERP solutions across manufacturing, inventory, quality, purchasing, engineering, and finance.

  • 5+ years with a proven track record leading full NetSuite implementations, managing vendors and integrators, and owning project planning, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.

  • 5+ years with strong system administration and data governance expertise, including workflows, roles, dashboards, integrations, BOMs, routings, inventory, and master data integrity.

  • 5+ years with deep operational knowledge of manufacturing environments with advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and Tier 1–3 NetSuite support capabilities.

  • 5+ years of experience as a change agent with strong training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills; drives adoption, continuous improvement, and scalable process design.

Essential Job Functions:

  • NetSuite System Design & Architecture

  • Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of ERP workflows, roles, permissions, forms, and system customizations aligned to business requirements

  • Partner with functional and process owners to translate operational needs into scalable, sustainable ERP solutions

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end process mapping across manufacturing, inventory, quality, purchasing, engineering, and finance

  • NetSuite Implementation & Project Management

  • Lead all phases of ERP implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, validation, go-live, and post-go-live support

  • Manage external vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional internal project teams

  • Own project timelines, risk management, change control, cutover planning, and execution

  • Drive Phase 2 and future module implementations (WMS, QMS, MRP, Amoeba, mobile applications, and other enhancements) from concept through deployment

  • System Administration & Governance

  • Serve as ERP system administrator, overseeing user access, roles, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, forms, and integrations

  • Maintain and improve data integrity across item masters, BOMs, routings, inventory records, and role-based security

  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and coordinate vendor escalations as needed

  • External Partner & Third-Party Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ERP consultants, integrators, software vendors, and third-party solution providers

  • Lead technical discovery discussions and capability assessments with external partners

  • Manage scope definition, statement-of-work reviews, pricing evaluations, and implementation planning

  • Ensure third-party work aligns with operational requirements, system roadmap, and long-term scalability

  • Troubleshooting & User Support

  • Provide Tier 1–3 ERP support across the organization

  • Resolve issues related to work orders, BOMs, inventory movements, quality records, purchasing, receiving, production reporting, and financial transactions

  • Develop and communicate interim workarounds and permanent system fixes

  • Training, Enablement & Change Management

  • Train operators, leads, supervisors, managers, and executives on ERP processes and responsibilities

  • Develop standard work, SOPs, training materials, and visual job aids

  • Drive user adoption through structured communication, hands-on coaching, and reinforcement

  • Lead ongoing user capability development as processes and system functionality evolve

  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Analyze system performance and user behavior to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

  • Optimize workflows, streamline transactions, reduce data entry errors, and improve processing speed

  • Implement system improvements aligned with Lean principles (inventory accuracy, work order closure, quality timing, process controls)

  • Build dashboards and reports to improve operational visibility and support decision-making

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, warehouse, finance, and HR teams to ensure ERP supports end-to-end operations

  • Lead cross-functional alignment discussions to drive consistent process ownership and accountability

  • Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and facility expansions through ERP updates
