Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced Accounts Receivable role, responsibilities include:

• Posting customer payments accurately and reconciling AR accounts
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies and short pays
• Generating and distributing invoices and account statements
• Managing aging reports and following up on outstanding balances
• Communicating professionally with customers to resolve payment issues
• Supporting month-end close activities
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Experience with AR systems, payment posting, and basic Excel
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Dependable, proactive mindset
