About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and respected organization, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a key part of their service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, solving problems, and creating positive interactions with every customer.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely, courteous support.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer communications.
Share product and service knowledge to guide customers effectively.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
Follow up to confirm customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Offer feedback and ideas to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer support or service role.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
A knack for problem-solving and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
