LHH is seeking a contract Executive Assistant to sit 100% on client site in Irvine, CA. Pay is up to $32/hour depending on experience.
This position will go through May, possibly longer. It will support other Executive Assistants within the company.
ASAP start
Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30
The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with taxes and tax documents. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are needed as is an ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment.
Coordinate calendars, office space reservations, and travel arrangements for designated executives.
Handle time and expense entries for assigned executives.
Support the creation of client deliverables, including reports.
Assist with client engagement setup and support tasks, such as new client acceptance, vendor/due diligence form completion, CRM data entry, engagement code setup, electronic file coordination, and billing support.
Draft, format, and proofread business correspondence (e.g., letters, memos, emails) and presentations.
Help with the coordination, setup, and execution of internal and external events and meetings, including schedule coordination, meeting materials preparation, collaborating with Office Services on catering orders, and providing on-the-day support.
Utilize internal networks and teams to manage workflow effectively.
Act as a liaison for internal and external clients, including screening phone calls, facilitating communications with the appropriate client service staff, and following up with clients.
Assist with onboarding new administrative team members by providing training and answering questions.
Support Continued Professional Education (CPE) activities for assigned teams.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
