LHH is seeking a contract Office Administrator to sit 100% on client site in Irvine, CA. Pay is up to $27/hour depending on experience.


This person will support the Office Manager with meetings, events, food & beverage department, as well as the duties listed below.


This position will go through May, possibly longer.


ASAP start


Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30



  • Ensure the quality and readiness of facilities, including setting up and breaking down rooms, and maintaining office supply inventory levels.


  • Serve as the point of contact for facilities-related requests and provide front office coverage as needed, including answering and routing phone calls.


  • Handle daily mail, FedEx, UPS, and courier requests.


  • Assist with space reservations for workspaces and conference rooms using the hoteling software system.


  • Support client deliverables as needed, which may include scanning, printing, and mailing documents.


  • Provide status updates to team members and stakeholders on all projects and tasks.


  • Assist with assigning security access and distributing security badges, monitoring employee status, and updating the security database accordingly.


  • Help coordinate and set up internal meetings and events, including placing catering orders and ensuring accuracy.


  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, A/V equipment, desktop equipment, and kitchen appliances).


  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour Search managed by: Brittany Levine
