Patient Service Rep

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Issaquah. This will be a full-time, contract opportunity that will be 100% onsite.

This position will be both patient-facing role and will be assisting with patient check in and out, phone and email correspondence, collection of copays, and patient registration. It will also be some back office work, answering a high-volume of inbound calls for scheduling of patient appointments. This will be a fast-paced environment and interested candidates must feel comfortable working autonomously throughout the day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years medical administrative experience
• Must be proficient working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, especially phone etiquette
• Excellent ability to be empathetic and compassionate towards others and can work well under pressure
