Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator to support their Chicago clinic. The ideal candidate will have HR experience and a background in a medical or clinical setting. This is a temporary role with the potential for extension, requiring strong communication skills in English and Spanish and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, interview scheduling, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Serve as a resource for HR inquiries in both English and Spanish.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience; healthcare or medical clinic background preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Assignment Details:

  • Type: Temp
  • Pay Range: $24 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday


Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
