Document Control Specialist I
Location: Concord, CA
Onsite: 100% onsite (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
Duration: 1‑year contract with potential to extend or convert
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
This role focuses heavily on document review, revision control, training assignments, and audit readiness. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing assigned projects, and navigating quality documentation (training is provided).
Key Responsibilities
Review, format, and maintain quality documents to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements
Support and maintain the Document Master List, including revisions, updates, and version control
Assist with pre‑audit document reviews and ensure documentation is audit‑ready
Manage and track training assignments, ensuring documents and records meet required standards
Work closely with the Quality team to support document control initiatives and ongoing projects
Ensure timely processing and organization of controlled documents within electronic systems
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Preference for Biology, Chemistry, or another scientific discipline
0–3 years of Document Control or Quality experience (internships or academic exposure acceptable)
Familiarity with ISO 13485 or regulated quality systems
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and document comprehension skills
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage assigned tasks/projects
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
