LHH is partnering with a valued client that is seeking to hire a Lead Power BI Developer to join their team. This role will play a critical part in the company’s reporting and analytics environment, with a focus on improving data reliability, performance, and scalability across the business.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the redesign and optimization of the organization’s BI and data architecture to improve reporting accuracy and performance
• Develop and maintain scalable data models and enterprise reporting solutions within a Microsoft-based analytics environment
• Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems across operational and financial platforms
• Improve data refresh performance and ensure consistent, reliable delivery of KPI reporting
• Establish best practices for data modeling, governance, and reporting standards
• Partner with business and executive stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics-focused roles
• Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
• Experience working with enterprise data environments and integrating multiple data sources
• Ability to design, build, and support end-to-end BI solutions independently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL area (open to relocatable candidates)
Salary Range: Approximately $110,000–$120,000 annually
