LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable law firm to hire a Recovery and Mortgage Services Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in mortgage servicing, foreclosure, and recovery matters who is looking to join a collaborative legal team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage-related legal processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and recovery-related legal matters

  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence

  • Manage case files and track deadlines for filings, hearings, and compliance requirements

  • Communicate with clients, lenders, courts, and government agencies regarding case status and documentation

  • Conduct legal research related to mortgage servicing and recovery regulations

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm and court procedures

  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks and billing as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a paralegal in mortgage services, foreclosure, or recovery law

  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures related to mortgage servicing and collections

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
