Responsibilities:



  • Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars efficiently


  • Verify patient insurance coverage and follow up on patients as needed


  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and accurately


  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information


  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address patient needs effectively


  • Follow established protocols and procedures for patient interactions and administrative tasks



Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred but not required


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities


  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment


  • High school diploma or equivalent required



Working Hours:



  • Monday-Friday


  • 40 hours per week


  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


  • No overtime hours
