LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted manufacturing client looking for a Sr. AP/AR Manager. This is a newly created leadership role due to growth and will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, credit management, and accounts receivable teams. The ideal candidate will come from a medium to large sized company, have great leadership/management skills, progressive AP/AR leadership experience, and have an eye for process improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage AP, AR, Credit teams

  • Ensure compliance with policies

  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve issues

  • Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures

  • Look out for and implement process improvement solutions

  • Share and collaborate on data with internal stakeholders

  • Manage collections and aged receivables

  • Support audits and system enhancements



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 10+ years progressive experience in AP, AR, credit

  • Comes from a medium to large sized company, ideally in manufacturing

  • Strong leadership, team management, and team building skills

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
