LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted manufacturing client looking for a Sr. AP/AR Manager. This is a newly created leadership role due to growth and will oversee the full cycle of accounts payable, credit management, and accounts receivable teams. The ideal candidate will come from a medium to large sized company, have great leadership/management skills, progressive AP/AR leadership experience, and have an eye for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AP, AR, Credit teams 
- Ensure compliance with policies 
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve issues 
- Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures 
- Look out for and implement process improvement solutions 
- Share and collaborate on data with internal stakeholders 
- Manage collections and aged receivables 
- Support audits and system enhancements 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
- 10+ years progressive experience in AP, AR, credit 
- Comes from a medium to large sized company, ideally in manufacturing 
- Strong leadership, team management, and team building skills
