We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Non-Clinical Healthcare Recruiter to join our client’s talent acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for non-clinical positions within healthcare organizations, including administrative, operational, and support roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical healthcare roles such as Patient Services Representatives, Insurance Verifiers, CNAs, HR Assistants, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings on various platforms including job boards, social media, and internal systems.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CareerBuilder).
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in ATS.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build talent pipelines.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with non-clinical healthcare recruitment is highly desirable.
Job Details:
- Contract
- Mostly remote but must be local to Chicago market, as some onsite work is required
- Pay is $30-$45 an hour, depending on experience
