Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Collections Specialist job in Lenexa, KS. To qualify, you must have at least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar role in Collections or customer service.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn $20.00/hour. You will also be eligible for additional monthly bonuses based on your performance! Lastly, you will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package. (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with customers over phone, e-mail, and chat
• Collecting outstanding payments (soft collections) and resolving outstanding account balances
• Providing excellent customer service
• Documenting customer interactions and outcomes in the database
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least one year of recent, relevant experience in a similar Collections or customer service role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Schedule:

• Typically Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• You must be available to work 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM every other Saturday; you will get a 4 hours off of work during the week to compensate
• Overtime is NOT required but will be available if you wish to work more hours
