Leasing Consultant – Lincoln, CA

LHH is teaming up with a well-established property management organization in Lincoln, CA in search of a Leasing Consultant to support a family-oriented residential community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is passionate about providing quality housing and exceptional service to residents. The organization manages a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities and is known for its commitment to excellence and community development. The Leasing Consultant will play a key role in welcoming prospective residents and supporting leasing operations.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and experienced in leasing within affordable housing programs. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and be available to work weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective residents and present community features and benefits.
  • Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, particularly for affordable housing programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and trends.
  • Support the Community Manager with day-to-day leasing operations.

Qualifications:
  • Prior leasing experience required.
  • Experience with Tax Credit/Section 42 (LIHTC) leasing paperwork required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.


Job Type: Contract to hire


Start Date: ASAP


Location: Fully on-site in Lincoln, CA


Hours: Full-time, with occasional weekend availability as needed


Pay Rate: $23–$25/hour, depending on experience
