LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Little Falls, NJ is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team.

This position is fully onsite. Litigation experience including e-filing is required.

Responsibilities:

· E-filing in NJ, NY, and Federal Courts

· Managing calendars

· Preparing expense reports

· Corresponding with clients

· Answering incoming calls

· Inputting attorney time

· Creating documents

· Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

· 2+ years of recent legal assistant experience in a law firm setting

· E-filing with NJ E-Courts, NYSCEF, and PACER

· Strong MS Office knowledge

· Excellent communication skills

· Very organized

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Benefit offerings include medical, prescription, dental, vision, and 401(k).



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
