LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a company in the southwest suburbs to assist with a search for an accounts receivable specialist. The accounts receivable specialist will support the accounting team with collections follow up, applying payments and reconciling accounts. This role is onsite and temporary to hire.

• Billing and discrepancy resolution

• Collections follow up

• Updating and maintaining customer accounts

• Reconcile AR and bank accounts

• Review aging reports

• Prepare AR reports

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable

• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel

• Great work ethic and deadline driven

• Excellent communication skills

Pay: $25-$28/hour
