Customer Service & Support

Administrative Assistant – Tax Department

Temp-to-Hire | In-Office in Los Angeles, CA 90071

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$36 per hour, based on experience
Work Arrangement: In-office, 5 days per week


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Tax Department. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, provide high-level administrative support, and assist with tax-related support services on a seasonal or as-needed basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support through standardized processing of assigned tasks using internal systems, tools, and software, including:

    • Managing centralized administrative support tickets

    • Supporting other administrative teams or offices as needed

    • Assisting national, geographic, or market teams

  • Support large-scale, in-office and market-wide meetings and conferences, including:

    • Scheduling with senior leaders

    • Managing calendar invites

    • Reserving meeting rooms

    • Coordinating catering and meeting setup

  • Assist with:

    • Obtaining coding and approvals for vendor invoices

    • Processing client invoices accurately based on management-provided information

    • Managing memberships and licenses

  • Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding as directed

  • Provide expense reporting support

  • Collaborate with management to:

    • Set up new clients

    • Maintain and manage client data

    • Assist with billing and other ad hoc requests

  • Prepare and produce materials including letters, memoranda, interoffice communications, confidential presentations, and reports

  • Handle tax-related administrative support services on a seasonal or as-needed basis

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    • High School Diploma or GED (required)

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

  • Experience:

    • three (3) or more years of prior administrative assistant or similar experience (required)

    • Experience in a professional services environment (preferred)

  • Software & Technical Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)

    • Experience with ERP systems (preferred)



Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
