Are you an experienced docketing/calendar specialist looking for contract to hire position? 100% remote, CA experience is a must, CA firm is seeking an experienced legal calendar clerk to provide high-level legal support to a team of attorneys. The right candidate is professional, tech savvy and able to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized, efficient manner. The successful candidate will effectively manage all aspects of the professional responsibilities of the assigned attorneys.
Experience:
4+ years as a docketing specialist (defense). Tracking deadlines, staying informed about court rules and procedures.
Inputting data, loading documents, informing attorneys and paralegals about any changes.
Familiar with court rules and procedures across different jurisdictions.
Experience with CompuLaw.
Qualifications:
Law firm experience, min 4 years, working independently
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Flexible work environment offering 100% remote work.
