Intake Manager – Class Action & Employment Law

LHH has partnered with a great firm who is seeking a highly experienced Intake Manager to lead their dynamic intake department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all new business leads and manage the intake lifecycle from initial contact to engagement

  • Screen potential clients through detailed interviews and document review

  • Track lead progression and manage retainer agreements and background checks

  • Maintain and grow co-counsel relationships and referral networks

  • Provide regular reporting on lead status and marketing campaign performance

  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless client onboarding

Required Experience

  • Proven leadership in intake operations within a legal setting

  • Direct experience with class actions and employment/wage & hour cases (90% of department caseload)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive transitions with discretion and professionalism

Job Details:

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA

  • Job Type: Direct Hire, Hybrid Schedule

  • Salary: $100,00 to $120,000

  • This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $$100,000 and $120,000 per year and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
