Litigation Paralegal

Location: Century City, CA

Hybrid Schedule three days in office two days from home

LHH is working with a highly respected law firm in Century City to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team.

Position Overview

The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys across all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and closure. This role involves managing case files, coordinating discovery, preparing trial materials, and maintaining databases. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support litigation matters from start to finish, including case tracking and document management

  • Draft and manage discovery documents and responses

  • Coordinate and prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials

  • Conduct factual research and document review

  • Handle court filings and docketing of deadlines

  • Assist with trial preparation and attend proceedings as needed

  • Maintain communication with attorneys, clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Delegate tasks to administrative staff as appropriate

  • Meet annual billable hour requirements (1,550 hours)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an Associate’s degree with relevant paralegal training or experience

  • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program (or equivalent coursework)

  • 1–5 years of litigation experience under attorney or senior paralegal supervision

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience

  • Familiarity with federal, state, and administrative litigation procedures

  • Experience with RelativityOne, including advanced search and analytics

  • Prior law firm experience

Additional Details

  • Hybrid work model with in-office presence required

  • Minimal travel may be required

  • Salary range: $95,000 – $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications
