Legal Office Assistant:

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact? Our client is looking for a reliable Office Assistant with a legal background to keep our office running like clockwork. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a dynamic team, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly face that greets visitors and assists with inquiries

  • Manage calls, emails, and calendars with precision

  • Keep records, files, and databases organized

  • Order supplies and maintain inventory

  • Prepare reports and handle mail and deliveries

  • Support colleagues and management with day-to-day tasks

  • Ensure the office stays clean, organized, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma (degree preferred)

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Legal background (law firm or legal department experience)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Team player who can also work independently

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with office equipment

  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
