About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of our cloud-native data platform products. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with deep technical fluency across modern data architectures, analytics enablement, and product lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable data platform solutions.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to launch and optimization.

  • Translate operational workflows into data requirements and analytics use cases.

  • Balance technical and business priorities to deliver high-impact features and measurable ROI.

  • Enable self-service analytics through curated datasets, semantic layers, and extensible APIs.

  • Establish and maintain data governance policies, documented data contracts, and API documentation strategies.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years as a Technical Product Manager, leading data-centric product initiatives.

  • 8+ years managing full product lifecycle in enterprise or SaaS environments.

  • 3+ years with event-driven data platforms and data ingestion from diverse operating systems.

  • 3+ years working with Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures (e.g., Apache Iceberg), and Medallion Architecture.

  • 3+ years defining and implementing data governance policies and semantic layers.

  • 3+ years with API integrations, documented data contracts, and API documentation strategies.

  • 3+ years creating curated data layers and enabling self-service analytics.

  • 3+ years tracking ROI and defining OKRs to measure product success.

  • 3+ years applying data engineering concepts as a product manager (prior hands-on experience preferred).

  • 3+ years building cloud-native data platforms (AWS preferred).

  • 3+ years with streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis) and batch processing (Spark, Glue).

  • ✅ Proven experience packaging and delivering productized datasets for customer reuse.

  • ✅ Strong experience with data modeling, pipeline performance optimization, and using data to solve software engineering problems.

  • ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise-scale analytics products.

  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools and frameworks.

  • Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
