About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Product & Project Manager with deep expertise in the Marine Terminal industry and SaaS platforms. This hybrid role blends technical leadership, product vision, project execution, and business analysis—ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving innovation in terminal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
Define and evolve product vision and strategy across pre-project, active project, and post-project phases.
Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
Project Management
Lead complex technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to drive SDLC execution.
Business Analysis
Gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Oversight
Engage directly in SDLC leadership activities such as QA, software development, DevOps, or architecture oversight.
Ensure technical integrity and scalability of solutions delivered.
Required Qualifications
✅ 5+ years in a technical role within a Marine Terminal Operator or SaaS provider serving the marine terminal industry.
✅ 10+ years as a Technical Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
✅ 3+ years in a Product Leadership role, setting product vision and strategy—not just executing someone else’s roadmap.
✅ 3+ years performing Business Analyst functions, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and documentation.
✅ 3+ years in a technical SDLC role (e.g., QA, Software Developer, DevOps, Software Architect).
Preferred Skills
Experience with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS)
Familiarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across time zones and cultures
