Field Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

Full-Time | Salary 85K + Commission | Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our clients expanding Sales & Marketing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, setting appointments, attending client meetings, and earning commissions on closed deals—offering you the opportunity to build your own book of business. As you grow in the role, you’ll also support campaign management and assist with cost proposal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 40–60 outbound calls daily to potential clients

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments (via Zoom or in-person)

  • Attend client meetings and help drive deals to close

  • Earn commission on closed sales you help generate

  • Track activities and progress using Pipedrive CRM

  • Organize and maintain campaign data and lead lists

  • Begin training to assist with proposals and pricing documents

Qualifications:

  • Confident communicator with strong phone presence

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred)

  • Comfortable presenting and speaking with decision-makers

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-time salaried position (compensation based on experience)
