LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Analyst on behalf of a leading organization known for its commitment to operational excellence and innovation. As a Contracts Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting internal stakeholders across legal, procurement, and business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of contract law, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, vendor agreements, SOWs, and licensing documents
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies
- Maintain and optimize the contract management system, ensuring accurate documentation and version control
- Track key contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance obligations
- Identify and escalate potential risks or inconsistencies in contract language
- Assist in developing and refining contract templates and playbooks
- Support audits and reporting related to contract performance and obligations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; legal studies or paralegal certification preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a contracts analyst, legal operations, or paralegal role
- Strong knowledge of contract structure, legal terminology, and risk management principles
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
