Pricing Coordinator – Permanent

Salary: $55,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 1 day WFH (typically Friday)

Location: Manhasset, NY

Position Overview

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and managing national pricing records through proprietary pricing software. This role requires daily interaction with both back-office and sales teams and reports directly to the Pricing Manager. The Pricing Coordinator plays a key part in supporting price positioning across multiple wine and spirits portfolios while ensuring alignment with brand-level budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Management & Compliance

  • Execute state-specific price posting requirements accurately.

  • Manage, complete, and respond to daily transactional pricing requests within required deadlines.

  • Identify and escalate potential pricing issues that fall outside strategic guidelines.

Cross-Functional Communication & Support

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, including sales and back-office teams.

  • Provide administrative support by running both routine and ad hoc reports.

  • Track and log price change requests to improve communication and execution with customers.

Data Management & Analysis

  • Work regularly with large datasets in Excel, utilizing:

    • VLOOKUP & range lookups

    • IF / IFERROR formulas

    • Pivot tables

  • Ensure compliance with internal operational policies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in the wine & spirits industry a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Wine knowledge is a plus.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 per year
