Our client, a well-established organization in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Admin to join their team in Mansfield, OH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the HR department and contribute to the company's success. The position will start on a contract basis and requires working onsite, providing a hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and policy updates.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
