Program Manager – Data Integration & Conversion

Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $58.79 – $67.59 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Own large-scale data conversion projects from start to finish.

• Rapidly understand data architecture and ensure smooth integration.

• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and remove blockers.

• Implement risk management strategies and maintain project health.

• Drive platform building to support enterprise-level integration.

• Communicate effectively with architecture and engineering teams.

• Champion process improvements and product management best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in data conversion (absolute must-have).

• Strong technical fluency and ability to engage in tech conversations.

• Expertise in dependency management and cross-team coordination.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

• AWS experience (homegrown conversion work preferred).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

• Bonus: Experience in collections/recoveries, customer resiliency, or domain-specific knowledge.

Contract Duration: Approximately 9 months
