Program Manager – Data Integration & Conversion
Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $58.79 – $67.59 per hour

What You’ll Do
Own large-scale data conversion projects from start to finish.
Rapidly understand data architecture and ensure smooth integration.
Manage dependencies across multiple teams and remove blockers.
Implement risk management strategies and maintain project health.
Drive platform building to support enterprise-level integration.
Communicate effectively with architecture and engineering teams.
Champion process improvements and product management best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in data conversion (absolute must-have).
Strong technical fluency and ability to engage in tech conversations.
Expertise in dependency management and cross-team coordination.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
AWS experience (homegrown conversion work preferred).
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Bonus: Experience in collections/recoveries, customer resiliency, or domain-specific knowledge.
