LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in McMinnville, OR, to hire a dedicated Human Resources Benefits Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the administration and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and excellent employee support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in benefits management, especially within higher education, which is considered a significant plus.
Location: McMinnville, OR – 100% onsite
Duration: Temporary with potential for extension
Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $26–$27.88/hr (Administrator level) | $33–$37/hr (Manager level, depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration and management of all employee benefit programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Lead benefit renewals and negotiate with brokers and carriers in preparation for open enrollment periods.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits, leave, and related HR questions.
Partner with leadership to evaluate, recommend, and implement benefit plan changes.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline benefits processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience in higher education benefits administration is strongly preferred. Exceptional candidates from other industries will also be considered.
Proven ability to manage high-volume benefits programs and lead open enrollment cycles.
Familiarity with Paycom or other benefits software is a strong plus.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $37.00 per hour
