Accounting Assistant

$23.00 - $25.00 per Hour
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide support for various accounting projects as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
