LHH’s client in the East Valley is seeking an Accounts receivable Clerk. The Accounts Receivables Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable transactions
Responsibilities:
Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.
Post and allocate payments received from clients to their respective accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and billing issues.
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts receivable processes and collections efficiency.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
