LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Mesa, AZ that is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is an onsite position Monday through Friday. Pay range is $19.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of call center experience.

The customer service representative will be answering inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, billing disputes, research, and provide one stop resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and emails with customers.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system with accurate data entry and attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Customer account management and verification of information.
  • Process payments accordingly and provide receipt via email to the customer
  • Answer billing inquiries, questions, and resolutions
  • Liaison between internal departments
  • Assist with any troubleshooting tier one support for the customer.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or call center experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare industries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
