LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company in Mesa who is in search of a customer service rep to join their team.

This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and will handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and email inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to customers. Pay is 21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions and update records in internal systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a fixed onsite schedule
• Must be able to pass background and drug screen(THC is disqualifying)
