Join Our Team in Mesa, AZ – Processing Specialist | $16.50/hr
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a stable opportunity in Mesa, AZ? We’re hiring Processing Specialists to support our mailroom and document processing operations. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on accuracy, and wants to be part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
- Open, count, and sort incoming mail with precision
- Review documents to determine correct handling and routing
- Identify inconsistencies and take action on nonstandard items
- Enter document data into our web-based system
- Track and record document volumes and key metrics
- Prepare batches for processing and scan items into our system
- Copy, file, and organize paperwork
- Extract and input data with a high level of accuracy
- Flag documents that should not be processed
- Assist with special mailroom/data entry projects as needed
- Perform general office and clerical tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable, punctual and excited to go to work every day!
- Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Comfortable using computers, scanners, copiers, and mail equipment
- Able to navigate web-based systems efficiently
- Minimum 10,000 KSPH alphanumeric typing speed for data entry
