Executive Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Executive Administrative Assistant in the Miami, FL area. Our client is looking to bring on a Exec. Administrative Assistant to support the Managing CEO and assistance to the office team. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with team and independent projects or tasks. This will be an on-site work position within the United States. This will include typical administrative responsibilities in addition to personal assistance and: Responsibilities



  • Reviewing and editing materials/ correspondence


  • Generating and cataloging various confidential communication documents into system


  • Manage expenses/ travel, multi calendar schedules, meeting, note taking.


  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail and route incoming calls to appropriate department or individual


  • Greet and accommodate all visitors, visiting areas and conference rooms


  • Ordering meal reservations and arranging client meetings


  • Manage office and supplies


  • Managing and coordinate travel arrangements


  • Meeting notes


  • Expense reports


  • Drafting professional letters and correspondence.


Required Qualifications and Skill Sets



  • Associates or Bachelors Degree required


  • Ability to operate most standard office equipment


  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail


  • Excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills


  • Punctuality and reliable attendance during regular business hours


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills


  • Ability to multi-task, independent thinking or planning skills



Compensation: $28-$30/hr
