As a Business Application Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and solutions to drive our client’s business forward, focusing primarily on maintaining our imagery services using ArcGIS. If you're a recent graduate or have up to 2+ years of experience and possess the right mix of skills and enthusiasm, we want to hear from you!


Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Administer, maintain, and support Esri ArcGIS platform.


  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business system users, contributing to key projects.


  • Oversee analysis and development of business operational systems.


  • Ensure business applications and modules are up-to-date, and maintain updated procedural documentation.


  • Design and implement new procedural systems based on business needs.


  • Collaborate with internal IT team to procure and onboard new business applications.


  • Provide support for assigned business applications.


  • Perform change management functions related to new features and configuration changes.


  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:



  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


  • Strong understanding of test plan development and execution.


  • Excellent documentation skills.


  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


  • Strong organization and change management skills.


  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.


Qualifications:



  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.


  • Up to 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, demonstrating knowledge of industry-specific processes, regulations, and best practices.


  • 2+ years of Tableau or Power BI (educationally or professionally).


  • 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience.


  • Agronomy or Farm Management experience preferred.


  • GIS Certification desirable.


  • Excellent communication skills.
