Our client is a dynamic player in the Food and Beverage industry, is seeking a highly skilled Business Application Analyst to join their innovative team in Fresno, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions, with a primary focus on working with ArcGIS to develop and maintain imagery services. This role requires the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure optimal processes are in place and support organizational goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and support Esri ArcGIS platform.
Serve as a liaison between IT and business system users, contributing to key projects.
Oversee analysis and development of business operational systems.
Ensure business applications and modules are up-to-date, and maintain updated procedural documentation.
Design and implement new procedural systems based on business needs.
Collaborate with internal IT team to procure and onboard new business applications.
Provide support for assigned business applications.
Perform change management functions related to new features and configuration changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong understanding of test plan development and execution.
Excellent documentation skills.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organization and change management skills.
Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5-8+ years in digital strategy, with a proven track record in Discovery-Evaluation.
3+ years of Agronomy or Farm Management experience (preferred).
Experience in adoption and implementation of new and emerging technologies.
5+ years of AGILE Methodology experience.
PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications.
Excellent communication skills.
Environment and Benefits:
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + Up to 10% Bonus (not guaranteed).
90/95% paid benefits by the client
