LHH is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Paralegal to support our law firm client's team in Milwaukee, WI.

What You'll Do

  • Assist attorneys with the administration of trusts and estates, including preparing legal documents, tracking deadlines, and organizing case materials.

  • Support all phases of estate administration, including gathering asset information, preparing filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.

  • Conduct research, draft correspondence, and coordinate with financial institutions, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in the administration process.

  • Provide support on related matters such as real property documentation, entity record maintenance, and general transactional tasks as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records, manage files, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow for assigned matters.

Who You Are

  • A paralegal with a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience).

  • Bring several years of relevant experience working in trusts and estates or related legal practice areas.

  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong communicator capable of working professionally with clients, attorneys, and outside parties.

  • Comfortable using legal technology, document management systems, and other software to support efficient legal practice.

Compensation range: $55,000-$80,000

Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
