LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who is passionate about helping clients navigate estate planning and who thrives in a detail-oriented, client-focused legal environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing estate planning documents, managing client communications, and supporting attorneys with trust and estate matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Assist attorneys with client intake, document execution, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with firm procedures
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals involved in estate planning
  • Track deadlines and manage calendars related to estate planning matters
  • Conduct legal research related to estate planning laws and regulations
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks and billing as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an estate planning paralegal in a law firm setting
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning documents and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working directly with clients and handling confidential information

Benefits:

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
