LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established CPA firm in the South Oklahoma City area area to fill a Senior Tax Accountant position. This onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong corporate tax experience and a passion for client service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state corporate tax returns for a diverse client base.
Conduct tax research and provide strategic tax planning and compliance guidance.
Collaborate with clients to gather financial data and resolve tax-related issues.
Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage client financials and ensure accurate reporting.
Process and review payroll filings and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
Assist with IRS and state audits, correspondence, and client representation.
Stay current on tax law changes and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required).
CPA certification (preferred or actively pursuing).
Some experience in corporate tax preparation.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and payroll processing preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
