Associate Legal Specialist – Morristown, New Jersey LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Associate Legal Specialist with 2 years of experience in the legal field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the legal department in all stages of complex litigation support, including but not limited to file case management knowledge and understanding of regulatory litigation matters, drafting, review, editing correspondence and legal documents. This candidate should have experience drafting case summaries, cataloging legal documents/records, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed and work independently having autonomy over work product.


Responsibilities ·Review and draft routine legal correspondence and legal documents · Provide qualitylegal assistance by managing legal case files · Maintain confidentiality and collect and process legal materials as required · Draft case summaries and cataloguing legal documents and records · Implementation of knowledge incomplex and regulatory litigation matters · Administrative functions and duties such as managing filing logistics Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Paralegal Program · 2 years of experience in the legal field · Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment · Proficiency in electronic legal case management software systems · Knowledge and understanding of complex and regulatory litigation matters · Knowledge of standard MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe, SharePoint and OneDrive Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
