LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on employee relations functions to join a growing team. The HRBP will play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance and support to both employees and managers. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of handling complex employee relations issues effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all employee relations matters. Proactively identify and address issues to promote a positive work environment and minimize potential risks.
  • Compile and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Provide coaching and guidance on performance management best practices to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices remain compliant. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Identify training needs related to employee relations and conduct training sessions for managers and employees. Provide guidance on effective communication, conflict resolution, and other relevant topics.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention. Regularly assess employee satisfaction and morale, recommending strategies for improvement as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Employee Relations Specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations issues with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Hours:


  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday
