LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant with 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Leasing, Property Management, Asset Management, and Acquisitions teams to coordinate documentation.
- Draft and prepare a variety of legal and leasing documents, including leases, amendments, letter agreements, termination/surrender agreements, telecommunication license agreements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, and related reports.
- Support the Acquisitions Department with refinancing, sales, and property dispositions.
- Act as a primary liaison for tenants and building managers, addressing internal and external inquiries regarding leases and tenant matters.
- Manage select personal transactions and handle renewals for memberships and subscriptions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Compose and distribute confidential correspondence, including emails.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, banks, building staff, and tenants.
- Conduct research using online resources and subscription-based platforms on various topics.
- Maintain organized legal files, including creating labels and electronic versions.
- Upload and manage documents within internal corporate filing systems
- 5 years of Legal Admin or Paralegal experience
Employment Type: Temporary
Salary: $40-50/hr
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
