LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in New York is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team. This role supports the litigation and real estate teams.
This position is hybrid. Real estate and/or e-filing experience for state
and federal courts preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Drafting legal documents and correspondence
· Maintaining files
· Electronically filing documents with State and Federal courts
· Managing calendars
· Scheduling meetings and depositions
· Preparing real estate and trial documents
· Corresponding with clients
· Providing general administrative support
Requirements:
· 5+ years of recent legal assistant experience
· Real estate experience preferred
· E-filing experience preferred
· Strong MS Office knowledge
· Excellent communication skills
· Very organized
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is between $75,000-$100,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
