LHH Recruitment Solutions has a law firm client that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Executive Assistant for its office in New York City. This firm focuses on a mixture of civil and criminal litigation.

Here are the general responsibilities:
  • Manage office calendar (daily calls and meetings, court conferences, court submission deadlines, etc.).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, and take detailed messages.
  • Copy, scan, print, and save documents as needed.
  • File court documents (EDDS, PACER, NYSCEF, etc.).
  • Work closely with court clerks and/or court personnel.
  • Order court transcripts as needed.
  • Prepare binders, exhibits, and files for trials and other court proceedings.
  • Open, organize, prepare and maintain client and office files both in electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Perform other related general administrative duties as assigned.
And the qualifications are below:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to function effectively in a deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Able to multitask efficiently and keep track of several open assignments at once.
  • Good problem solving and time management skills.
  • Prior law firm experience is a plus not required.
  • Experience in e-filing in both state and federal courts a plus not required.


Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
