Key Responsibilities
Reimagine SDR processes using AI for targeting, personalization, and outreach.
Coach and inspire SDRs to exceed pipeline goals with next-gen tools.
Develop outbound strategies blending human creativity and AI precision.
Implement AI-driven systems for lead scoring and engagement.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for alignment and optimization.
Hire and mentor SDRs who thrive in an AI-powered environment.
Skills & Experience
3+ years leading SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or tech.
Proven success scaling outbound teams using data and technology.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for sales development.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Innovative mindset with a passion for transformation.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
