Our NYC based SaaS / Tech focused client is seeking a Sales Development Manager with related experience. You will need to be in the office three days per week. Comprehensive benefits are provided and you are bonus eligible.

Job Overview:

Lead and transform a global SDR team in an AI-first world. This is a strategic role focused on redefining prospecting, integrating AI into workflows, and building scalable outbound strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Reimagine SDR processes using AI for targeting, personalization, and outreach.

  • Coach and inspire SDRs to exceed pipeline goals with next-gen tools.

  • Develop outbound strategies blending human creativity and AI precision.

  • Implement AI-driven systems for lead scoring and engagement.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales for alignment and optimization.

  • Hire and mentor SDRs who thrive in an AI-powered environment.


Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years leading SDR/BDR teams in SaaS or tech.

  • Proven success scaling outbound teams using data and technology.

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for sales development.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for transformation.



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
