Senior HR Management Specialist
Summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Management Specialist to join our client’s People Experience team. This role is pivotal in shaping the day-to-day experiences of colleagues globally, driving initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and well-being. You will partner with leaders and teams across regions, acting as a champion for organizational values and a catalyst for positive cultural change. This position offers exposure to senior leadership, strategic projects, and the opportunity to innovate in people experience and organizational culture.
Location: New York, NY 10036 – Hybrid (Onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 12 months, Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $69.00 Per Hour – 143.5K Annually
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Initiate and deliver People Experience projects and programs supporting well-being, engagement, and future-of-work initiatives.
Project manage strategic action plans, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and KPIs are met.
Develop and execute communication strategies for People Experience initiatives.
Embed culture programs and manage global colleague engagement activities.
Redesign and maintain internal communication platforms for People Experience.
Create dashboards, presentations, and toolkits to enhance engagement.
Conduct basic data analysis and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
Partner with regional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Support RFP inputs and provide commercial advice for client work.
Daily check-ins and independent work onsite 3 days/week.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR or People Experience roles, ideally in professional services.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Ability to build decks from start to finish with confidence and creativity.
Experience creating dashboards and conducting basic data analysis.
Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency.
Soft Skills:
Service mindset, “can-do” attitude, and people-centric approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
Education: Preferred but not required.
