Role: Temporary Property Manager (5 openings)
Duration: 3+ months
Location: 100% on‑site (mix of properties and property management office)
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Position Overview

Our client is seeking experienced Temporary Recertification Specialist s to support operations while current staff members are on leave. is responsible for ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing program requirements. This role manages annual, interim, and initial recertifications for low‑income households, verifies eligibility, maintains accurate compliance files, and supports residents through the recertification process. The specialist serves as a key liaison between tenants, property management, compliance teams, and regulatory agencies to ensure uninterrupted rental assistance and proper program administration.
